Bobbie Stone International, LLC is an executive search and consulting firm specializing
in retention and executive search for hospital administration, nursing leadership,
clinical management, and non-clinical management across the Healthcare continuum on a national basis.
We are retained by our clients and will accept only those search engagements we believe
can benefit from our knowledge, experience and contacts. Occasionally, we work on
difficult-to-fill positions on an adjusted basis. Knowledge of the industry, personal
contacts and an in-depth database are priceless elements in the business of executive
search. We are responsible for every aspect of each engagement. Bobbie Stone believes
that identifying, evaluating and presenting candidates – while reporting to and
consulting with clients – are steps too important to delegate to others.

Ms. Bobbie Stone is President of Bobbie Stone International, LLC. Ms. Stone has been recruiting executive level professionals since 1985 and has a proven track record in recruitment, staff retention, marketing, sales and management. She has been a Senior Search Consultant recruiting Hospital Administration, Corporate Healthcare Executives, Nursing Executives, Information Systems and Insurance professionals across the Healthcare continuum. She has recruited in the allied health arena; spearheaded the start up of an outpatient Orthopedics Sports Medicine Center and was Executive Director of The Physical Therapy Network. She recruits mid – senior management in the Healthcare industry and was previously engaged in recruitment efforts on a national and international basis with the retained search firms of Avery Crafts Associates and Robert Murphy Associates both of New York City. Bobbie began her career as a Research Associate working in retained search within the Insurance industry in lower Manhattan. Her experience includes presenting at colleges, universities and industry related conferences on career development. She also enjoys developing marketing strategies for new business growth. Ms. Stone has been published in Healthcare, Information Systems and Insurance industry trade journals as well as Executive Search Review. She was Nominated in December 2006 for the Garden State Woman of the Year Award, an honor which recognizes exceptional women in New Jersey, in the categories of Healthcare and Women-Owned Business. Ms. Stone is the Founder and former President of Challenges, Inc. a non-profit experimental School for gifted, talented and creative children. She serves as the "Sunshine Chair" for the National Association of Women Business Owners – Central New Jersey Chapter.
