Our commitment to our candidates is to provide the best service possible in working

their professional expertise and talent to our hospital clients; who have achieved
demonstrated track records of accomplishment and who are serious minded in their job
search pursuit of "windows of opportunity" as they arise.
"The job is ideal and has much of what I want in a new position...only I wish it were
located here" is a comment that we hear when an opportunity comes about that requires
relocation. We recommend that candidates "start talking" to the people who will be
affected by the move as soon as the individual learns about the job;
before the first interview takes place and request a commitment for support from
these individuals should the job be offered. Listen to and involve family/ friends/
significant others in the process who will be joining you by encouraging a "think
tank" so as to identify needs and solicit ideas about the impending move. Visit the
new location, before you accept an offer of employment; have an agenda of tasks to
accomplish and also make certain that everyone finds time to have fun!
